We play at a middle school in NE Salem. Please contact us for the exact location.

We try to accommodate players of all levels whenever possible. However, our current openings are primarily for experienced players. If you are interested in joining, please contact us with a brief description of your playing experience.
I play other racket sports - can I join you a few times?
I play other racket sports - can I join you a few times?
Absolutely! If racket sports come naturally to you, you're very welcome to come try badminton with us. Your first day is free!
Can we have a court to ourselves?

No. We organize games based on player levels, and courts are shared among club participants. However, if you come as a group, we may allow you to play together for the first few rounds depending on court availability and turnout, after which players are usually combined into level-based games.

Fee Options:
Annual fee $400 for unlimited play from July 01 thru June 30 (1 month break - August) + $1 shuttle fee per visit
$150 per trimester + $1 shuttle fee per visit
No monthly option available
5-session punch card $50 (includes shuttle fee)
$12 drop-in fee (includes shuttle fee)
The first visit is free (by appointment)
The fees above are already partially subsidized through volunteer efforts contributed by some of our members at the school where we play.

In what format do you mostly play: singles or doubles?
We usually play doubles. However, if there’s an open court due to low turnout, singles games are absolutely possible - and encouraged.

We currently rent space from a local school during non-school hours, so our time is limited and structured. Unfortunately, we don’t have the flexibility to offer lessons.

At this time, no. We currently have too many adult players and limited court availability to open play to children.
Can members bring guests?

If a current member has, for example, a friend visiting from out of town, then that is totally fine. If it is someone interested in joining on a regular basis, they should know that their ongoing participation may not be encouraged, depending on the number of players already on the roster.
